Exchanges and returns of products purchased in Aram Soulcraft’s online store must be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. If the products received are with open or damaged package, as well as in disagreement with the order, avoid receiving them by refusing delivery and writing the reason for refusal on the back of the invoice.
If you wish to return or exchange the product within 7 calendar days after receipt, the product must not have been used, marked, scratched, or damaged. Otherwise, a 15% fee will be charged on the amount paid + shipping.
If the product is not used, marked, scratched or damaged within 7 calendar days of receipt and/or the product is used, marked, scratched or damaged, we will charge a 15% fee on the amount paid + shipping.
Aram Soulcraft will have a period of up to 30 calendar days to proceed with the exchange after receiving the product in our atelier. If the product is returned, we will reimburse you via bank deposit or refund the purchase on your credit card bill.
In case of a defective product, Aram bears the freight costs for replacement or correction of the defect.
For all cases where the product will be sent back to Aram’s atelier, it is the responsibility of the customer the accommodation and proper protection of the entire product until it arrives at the company’s headquarters. We advise that the accommodation be made in the original box and all the pieces positioned in the same protective cradles, identical to how it was received.
Only after evaluation by Aram’s technical team will the proper reimbursement or replacement be made. Any damage caused in the return transport, will be discounted at a rate of 15% on the value of the order, (or the customer should ask for their rights / refund with the carrier chosen, if it is not possible a reverse postage code made by Aram itself).
